What is a Chamber of Commerce? At its core, it's a member-driven organization of local businesses working together to strengthen the local economy. The Blue Water Area Chamber of Commerce represents nearly 500 member businesses across the greater Port Huron area — advocating for their interests, connecting them to each other, and helping them grow.
What We Actually Do
The Chamber's work centers on a few key things:

A Common Misconception
Fun fact: the Chamber isn't the same as a visitors’ bureau, welcome center, or economic development agency! Those organizations do vital work — welcoming newcomers, drawing tourists, and recruiting new business investment — and we're proud to partner closely with them. But our focus is on our members: the businesses already here, doing business every day in the Blue Water Area.
